The “software” is protected by United States Copyright Law and International Treaty provisions. You may use the “software” provided you follow these terms.

1) You must pay for additional copies of the “software” if more than one person or computer will be using it at the same time on one or more computers.

2) You may not download or transmit all or part of the “software” electronically from one computer to another.

3)You may transfer all of your rights to use the software to another person provided you also transfer all copies of the software and all backup copies. Once you transfer the software, it will continue to be subject to the terms set forth in this license.

4) You may not rent, lease, sub-lease, time share or lend the software.

5) You may make backup copies, but you may only make backup copies if all copies are to remain in your possession subject to rule 3.

6) You may not decompile, modify, alter, merge or reverse engineer the software or remove or obscure the copyright or trademark notices.

Graffix Multimedia warrants the physical disc enclosed herein to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of sixty days from the license date (date of purchase). The entire and exclusive remedy for breach of this Limited Warranty shall be limited to replacemnet of defective disks and shall not include or extend to any claim for or right to recover any other damages, including but not limited to ; loss of profit, data or use of the software, or consequential damages or other similar claims even if Graffix Publishing has been advised of the possibility of such claims. In no event shall Graffix Multimedia liability for be damages exceed the License fees paid.

GRAFFIX MULTIMEDIA DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
